Title: KIE Report Concerning Change Movement Elections in Sulaimanyah, Erbil and Kirkuk Provinces
Summary:

The extent which a political party embraces democracy affects creating an active individual in the public arena, ruling system and society; the opposite is also true. Election is one of the major elements of democratic practice in any political party; attending independent observers to measure and decide on the whole process is the measurement of the cleanness of the election.
KIE’s becoming observer and monitor of the internal elections of Change movement is a new experience, both of the participation and political parties will to comply with the international standards of elections, in terms of democracy, cleanness, legal and technical guarantees to succeed the election.
