Seminar at American University on elections and KIE’s public opinion poll

As part of its activities regarding the upcoming Iraqi Federal Elections, on Tuesday April 10 2018, members of Kurdish Institute for Elections (KIE) held a seminar to a number of professor and students of the American University of Iraq at Sulaymaniyah. The seminar was conducted by members of KIE, Hana and Gmo, and consisted of two sections:
The seminar begun with a short video prepared by KIE on the distribution of candidates from political parties participating in the upcoming elections in the upcoming Iraqi Federal Elections in the three governorates of Kurdistan Region. In the second section, a powerpoint presentation presented the eight questions included in KIE’s recent opinion poll. Following the presentation, a Q&A session and open discussion was held with the participants that produced rich observations about the elections that KIE values deeply.
KIE held an online opinion poll between 22-28 February 2018 that received 1988 respondents through a form that included 8 questions.
